Branch Manager (Maternity Cover) (South Warwickshire)

Six months contract - maternity cover

35 hours per week

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Branch manager to cover the South Warwickshire area. This post will be supporting the existing branch services for maternity cover.

As Branch Manager, you will be responsible for the operational management of the branch services. Your key tasks will include securing funding, including negotiating with outside bodies and submitting tenders, providing leadership and representation at branch and public levels and setting and monitoring the branch budgets.

We are looking for someone with experience of staff management who can motivate our team; you must be an excellent communicator both verbally and in writing and have good project management skills.

Knowledge of service provision of health, social services and voluntary agencies would be an advantage.
