Dementia Support Worker (Coventry)

Salary: £15,696 per annum pro rata

Hours: 18 per week

You will play a key role in providing support services to people with dementia, their families and carers and raise awareness of their needs.

The successful applicant will:

• provide signposting and raise awareness of other services.
• assist with timely referrals to appropriate services.
• assist in the development of a sustainable network of contacts, agencies and voluntary groups that can offer practical and emotional help to people with dementia and carers.
• deliver a supportive network for people with dementia and their carers through local groups.
