Dementia Support Worker (Hull & East Riding)

17.5 hours per week

This is a fixed term contract for six months with possibility of extension

An interesting opportunity has arisen for a Dementia Support Worker to join our existing team to support people with dementia and their families on a one to one basis and within groups. You will have excellent communication skills and an understanding of person centred approach to the needs of people with dementia, gained from experience working in a care environment.    You should possess a relevant NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) and ability to travel independently within the area is essential.

A satisfactory disclosure from the Criminal Records Bureau will be required.
