Dementia Support Worker (East Lancashire)

£15,696 - 35 hours per week

Six month fixed term contract with possibility of extension

We are looking for a well motivated and creative person to join our team of dementia support workers providing services for people with dementia and their carers across East Lancashire.  You will have excellent communication skills and an understanding of person centred approach to the needs of people with dementia.  You should possess a relevant NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent).  A satisfactory disclosure from the Criminal Records Bureau will be required.
