Volunteer: Memory cafe support volunteer, Derbyshire
Where do you want me to volunteer?
There are opportunities for this role in Bakewell and Buxton.
What will I be doing?
Volunteers are needed to help set up the venues, meet and greet people and make sure that everyone feels welcome. Volunteers also serve and distribute refreshments and help with organising activities. Good communication skills are needed as well as an ability to show empathy and support.
How much time will I have to commit?
A minimum of 2 hours once a month.
