What will I be doing?

Memory clinic support volunteers provide practical support and information before, during and after clinical appointments.This is an important support role, which may help to alleviate anxiety as well as build awareness of ongoing services and additional information available in the local community. At such times of worry, confusion and uncertainty this volunter role can be invaluable. You will receive full training and support in this role. A CRB check will be required.

How much time do you expect me to commit?

This role is flexible however you will need to be able to commit 2/3 hours per week over several months to provide continuity.
