Volunteer: Administration Support, Thetford, Norfolk

Where is it you want me to volunteer?

This role is based at our office in Thetford Town Centre.

What will I be doing?

Administration Support volunteers help to ensure an efficient and effective administration function for our local services.

Assisting with mailing activities, providing support with general office duties, helping to maintain stock levels and assisting with the recruitment of new volunteers locally

The role would particularly involve helping to plan and promote awareness/ fundraising events through out the year.

You will need to develop a basic understanding of Alzheimer’s Society activities so that questions can be answered or people referred as appropriate. You must be computer literate.

So if you want to ensure people with dementia receive great services by supporting our office administration team this could be ideal for you.

How much time do you expect me to commit?

We are keen to hear from people that have 2 - 3 hours a week for this role.
