Volunteer: Memory Walk Support Derbyshire

Where will I be volunteering?

Derby or Chesterfield area.

What will I be doing?

The Memory Walk is Alzheimer's Society annual flagship fundraising event with local walks taking place all over the country. All funds raised will be used to support services for people with dementia and their families. This role is essential to ensure the success of the event.

There are a variety of roles required for a successful Memory Walk including registering walkers, marshalling, running entertainment or refreshement stalls.

How much time will I have to commit?

Ideally you will be available to give your support for most of the day and if you are able to help with some organisation in the run up to the event, this would be very helpful.
