Volunteer: Dementia Adviser volunteer- Tolworth Hospital, Kingston

Where is it you want me to volunteer?

This role is based at Tolworth Hospital, Red Lion Rd, Surbiton KT6 7QU.

What will I be doing?

You will we be an additional named contact that complements the Dementia Adviser service.  Supporting individuals who have a diagnosis of dementia, or are in the process of receiving a diagnosis, as well as their immediate family and friends.  You will be making contact with people to support them in accessing and understanding information along with supporting them in accessing services to which they have been signposted to.

How much time do you expect me to commit?

We are looking for a volunteer who can make a weekly commitment on either a Monday or Friday from 10.30 to 4.00pm.
