Volunteer: Fundraising ambassador, Hull & East Riding
Where is it you want me to volunteer?
Fundraising ambassadors are required to represent the Society at external events in Hull and the East Riding. Some local travel will be required for which out-of-pocket expenses will be paid.
What will I be doing?
Fundraising ambassadors play a key role in helping us to increase our income through influence at local meetings and events. Typically, the role will include attendance at a range of local events to promote Alzheimer's Society and encourage financial and other support. You may also be asked to attend cheque presentations on behalf of the Society and to give talks and presentations to a range of external organisations and businesses. This role is supported and managed by our Community Fundraiser.
How much time do I need to commit?
This is a very flexible role based on your availability and interests. Specific details will be discussed when you first meet with us.
