Where is it you want me to volunteer?

Cardiff and surrounding areas.

What will I be doing?

You will be befriending people in the early stages of dementia offering them support and companionship. This may be on an one to one basis or in a group situation. Your support will help to significantly improve the well-being of people living with dementia whilst reducing their risk of isolation.

How much time do you expect me to commit.

Following training, we hope that you will be able to offer 2 or 3 hours each week and provide some continuity over a number of months.

This volunteering role requires a Criminal Records Bureau check.
