What will I be doing?

Singing for the Brain is a relaxed and friendly group activity which brings the joy and stimulation of singing to those with dementia and their carers.  The facilitator needs volunteers who are confident singers who can help set up the hall, provide refreshements, meet and greet and in addition support the leader when splitting up the group to sing rounds.  If you are a confident singer and would like to help we would love to hear from you.

How much time do you expect me to commit?

The groups meets once a week on Tuesdays 2.00 - 3.30 although it is useful for volunteers to arrive 15 minutes before to help set up the hall.
