Stevenage Community Arts Centre, Roaring Meg Retail Park.

What will I be doing?

This is a role suited to someone who enjoys socialising a being part of a friendly vibrant group of people.  We need support at our Dementia Cafe held that provides support for people with dementia and their carers giving them a chance to socialise, share information and access much needed support and help.  The facilitator needs volunteers to help setting up the hall, meeting and greeting, providing refereshments, socialising and helping with activities.

How much time do you expect me to commit?

The Cafe meets on the third Wednesday of every month between 10.30 - 12.30 we need volunteers who can arrive before 10.30 to help set up or stay after 12.30 to help clear up.
