What will I be doing?
Singing for the Brain is an innovative project providing musical (and also movement in some cases) stimulation for people with dementia (and the carers who are in attendance). It offers the chance for social interaction in a safe and supportive environment. Your involvement will help to improve well being and help to reduce the isolation so often experienced by people with dementia and their carers.
How much time do you expect me to commit?
The group runs fortnightly on Tuesdays 2pm - 3:30pm afternoons so ideally volunteers will be able to attend each session.
