Fiona Phillips, TV presenter and Alzheimer's Society Ambassador, has written a book, Before I Forget, about her complex relationship with her parents.
Her father, Phil, had been diagnosed with Alzheimer's disease just a year after her mother had died of the same disease, and Fiona decided to devote more time to him and her family.
The book will resonate with millions of fans, as well as those who are going through similar experiences.
The book is out today Thursday 2 September 2010.
