Published 20 August 2010
Portmeirion will be hosting a very special concert in aid of Alzheimer’s Society at 7.30 pm on Wednesday 8 September.
The concert will feature Steve Harley of Cockney Rebel, Show of Hands and Australian singer/songwriter Chloe Hall. The concert has been organised by Chloe who has worked with Alzheimer's Society in her native Australia. She has even written a song based on her experience working alongside a carer.
Thanks to the wonderful setting of Portmeirion, this concert will be a quite unique event in the intimate venue of the Hercules Hall.
All profits from the concert will go to the Alzheimer's Society.
Chloe Hall,

This concert is not only a chance to share the stage with other outstanding UK performers, but an opportunity to raise money for Alzheimer's Society, supporting their efforts to increase awareness and understanding of dementia. It is truly an honour to share the stage with Steve Harley and Show of Hands. It will certainly be a great night of entertainment, never to be forgotten.'
