Spring Raffle winners announced

Congratulations to Mrs Clapham of Preston, and all the other winners of this year's Spring raffle.

The Alzheimer's Society has been running yearly raffles at Christmastime since 2001, and added a Spring raffle into the mix in 2006.
While figures from the 2007 Spring raffle are not yet available, we can say that the 2006 Spring raffle raised just over £494,000 for the Alzheimer's Society and that last year's Christmas raffle raised £540,000.
All Alzheimer's Society branches receive 100% of their ticket sales and donations. In 2006, 79 branches took part in the Christmas raffle, with Sheffield branch raising the highest amount - almost £5,000.
Keep an eye out on this site for the 2007 Christmas raffle: tickets will be available from September. Buying and selling tickets for the Alzheimer's Society raffles raises funds directly for the Society whilst offering you the chance to win great prizes.
