Richard McCourt runs for the Alzheimer's Society

TV presenter Richard McCourt of Bafta award-winning TV duo Dick ‘n’ Dom joined a team of 130 Society supporters – the biggest team yet – on 20 May to take part in the 10k BUPA Great Manchester Run.
Richard said,
'Training for the run was a hard slog but I'm glad I did it. I know from personal experience how devastating dementia can be and that's why I wanted to help the Alzheimer's Society raise money for people with all types of dementia and their carers.
'It was a fantastic way to raise funds for a worthwhile cause that is close to my heart.'
