New fundraising volunteer for the Spelthorne Branch

Charlie Brown the recently recruited fundraising volunteer on his first assignment at Tesco, Brooklands, Weybridge on a sunny Saturday afternoon in October.
Beating off stiff competition from another charity also collecting at the same store, we are happy to report that armed with his eye catching Alzheimer's Society t-shirt and collection bucket, Charlie was by far the most popular and was able to attract a record number of the public who were more than happy to keep putting those pounds in.
The afternoon raised just under £500 for the branch and Charlie knocked off at 5pm for a well earned bone!
