Alzheimer's Society in association with Arrow Films and the ADGS are very proud to present the Charity Premiere of Yojiro Takita's 'Departures'

Get your tickets to the charity premiere of Academy Award Winner of Best Foreign Language Film 2009 'Departures' with proceeds coming to Alzheimer's Society.

The Charity film premiere takes place on Thursday December 3 at the Renoir Cinema, London.

This premiere has been organised by our Vice-President Morella Kayman-Izen. Morella helped set up the Alzheimer's Disease Society before it became known as Alzheimer's Society and is not only an active and passionate supporter of the charity but raises essential funds through her golfing organisation, the Alzheimer's Disease Golf Society.

Departures won the Academy Award Best Foreign Language Film in 2009 . A delightful and sensitive journey into the heartland of Japan, Departures follows one man's profound and sometimes comical journey with death as he uncovers the wonder, joy and meaning of life and living.

One the eve of its UK theatrical release, this Charity Premiere on behalf of the Alzheimer's Society will take place at the beautiful and newly-updated Renoir Cinema. This is one of the most talked about and highly-anticipated films of the year.

£10 from each ticket will go towards costs of the event, the other £10 will be donated to Alzheimer's Society.
