BBC debate: How do we pay for long term care?

On Monday 7th May, Radio 4's You and Yours will dedicate a whole programme to launch its national debate on long term care.

radio 4 logoAlzheimer's Society campaigners have contributed to the hour long special so tune in on Monday at 12.04.

As part of this programme, Alzheimer's Society representatives also attended a public meeting held in Manchester and discussed this important issue with policy makers, service providers, users and carers.

The Alzheimer's Society has long been calling for a national debate on who pays for care and has joined a leading coalition 'Caring Choices' calling for a major public debate on the future of long term care funding.
