Gigging for charity - help a good cause

Trouble with Tuesday band members

Trouble With Tuesday, an indy pop rock band from Hertfordshire, are gigging for charity and need your help to raise money for Alzheimer’s Society.

Lead singer, Adam Compton has experienced Alzheimer's first hand as his grandfather has the disease.

'I have come face-to-face with the disease and I want to raise money for the cause by playing a charity gig in aid of Alzheimer's Society

'I think Alzheimer's isn't just a disease, it's a completely new way of life for everybody connected with the person suffering from it. In my grandfather's case you can see in his eyes that he is searching his heart and soul to find out who you are when you walk in the room, but my grandmother is the real hero.

'We have a new song in the pipeline called "Strong Enough" which was inspired by the gig and what my family has gone through, I think the pinnacle line in the song is "that girl by his side, the iron vest beneath his coat" which represents every person affected by the disease, all of which I admire for their strength and commitment.'

Unfortunately the band haven't secured a venue and are looking to play the gig in the summertime.

Can you help the band secure a venue? If so please visit their Facebook page today and get in touch with the band.

Thanks to Adam and his band mates for organising this fantastic gig and we wish them luck.
