Limited helpline services available due to adverse weather conditions

Due to adverse weather conditions we are operating a limited service on our helpline.
The transport services in the South East of England are severely disrupted making it impossible for many of our staff to get to work. Regretfully, because of this, we are only able to provide a very limited service on our helpline.
We apologise for this inconvenience and for any difficulties you may experience in trying to contact our helpline.
We hope to resume a normal service later this week once the transport services can enable staff to get to work.
