Alzheimer's Society is calling on our supporters to contribute to two online consultations on the Dementia Challenge website. The consultations close on July 31.

The Dementia Challenge

The Dementia Challenge was launched in March 2012 by Prime Minister David Cameron.

The Prime Minister's dementia challenge defines ambitious aims to build on progress made by the National Dementia Strategy. The purpose is to ensure that people with dementia, their carers and families get the services and support they deserve.

Champion Groups

Three champion groups have been set up to focus on the main areas for action:

Online consultations

Two of these groups, the health and care champion group and the dementia friendly communities champion group would like to hear your views, whether you have personal or professional experience of dementia.  

The consultation process closes on July 31 and can be found on the Dementia Challenge website or by following the links below.
