Alzheimer's Society and Tesco win Best Charity Partnership at the Business Charity Awards

Following the Business Charity Awards, we are delighted to announce that Alzheimer's Society has won the award for Best Charity Partnership in the Retail and Leisure Industry.
The award recognises our outstanding work with Tesco as their Charity of the Year 2011, and truly positions Alzheimer's Society as a charity to be reckoned with in the corporate sector. The Society was up against some strong competition including partnerships such as Boots and Macmillan, Sainsbury's and the Scout Association, and Iceland and Alzheimer's Research UK.
We raised more than £7.5 million with Tesco during the partnership year and this was only made possible by the hard work of everyone across the Society.
