Competition winners and a special auction prize for music (and Scrabble!) lovers
Published 28 October 2011
The winners of a pair of backstage tickets to the eagerly awaited Ulster Hall Benefit Gig featuring Ash, Divine Comedy and The Undertones are Maire Flynn and Lloyd Houston.
They were chosen by Ash's Tim Wheeler and Divine Comedy's Neil Hannon from a selection of emotive and inspiring responses to our question 'What does the Alzheimer's Society Music Benefit mean to you?'.
If your entry wasn't a winner, you still have the chance to make it to the gig and meet Tim and Neil by bidding for an amazing package that includes backstage gig tickets, hotel accommodation at a luxury hotel and lunch at one of the best restaurants in Belfast. It even includes a game of Scrabble with Neil Hannon!
As well as meeting Tim, Neil and the rest of the bands, you'll also enjoy food at renowned celebrity chef, Paul Rankin's Cayenne restaurant and stay at the luxurious Europa Hastings Hotel with Irish breakfast included.
Bid for this amazing auction prize and start practising your scrabble!
All proceeds of the auction will be donated to Alzheimer's Society.
