Fans of the football legend, Alzheimer’s Society ambassador and Strictly Come Dancing star Robbie Savage will have the chance to bid for his clothes in a charity auction to help Alzheimer’s Society.

The glossy sports star has parted with several stylish jackets, including a black velvet number with a thin white pin stripe and Crystal 8 on the breast, and a £3,500 'Soccer AM' Dolce & Gabbana jacket. The items will be sold online to the highest bidder at www.sellebrity.org.uk  this month.

The online auction site will donate 80 per cent of the proceeds to Alzheimer's Society. Robbie Savage jacket

Robbie said:

'Playing for clubs like Manchester United I've faced a lot of challenges on the pitch but watching my father and my hero diagnosed with dementia has been the biggest challenge of my life. I've never felt so helpless. The money raised will support hundreds of thousands of people to live a better life with dementia today and hopefully find a cure for tomorrow.'

Robbie's items will be auctioned between Sunday 9 October and Sunday 30 October with 80 per cent of the proceeds donated to Alzheimer's Society. Potential bidders should register at www.sellebrity.org.uk
