Help us find the faces of Dementia Awareness Week 2012

Alzheimer’s Society is looking for the faces of Dementia Awareness Week 2012 (20-26 May in England, Wales and Northern Ireland).
Dementia Awareness Week is Alzheimer's Society's annual flagship awareness-raising campaign. It's our big opportunity to raise awareness and understand of dementia and to get people to Remember the person behind the dementia.

The faces of 2012 will join Phillip, John, Lesley, Christopher and Sue, who shared their experiences of living with dementia for Dementia Awareness Week in 2010 and 2011.
