From Tower Hill tube station (approximately 10 minutes walk)

At Tower Hill tube station take the left exit towards the Tower of London, which is signposted. You will come to a subway; walk through and at the end turn left. You will now be walking along a path with the Tower on your right. You will get to another subway; walk through and head right at the end. You will be walking in the direction of Tower Bridge through a long brown-bricked arched passage (which is International House). At the end, turn left into St Katharine's Docks, which is signposted. Walk straight on (parallel with the road). You will get to a red iron bridge (that sometimes moves to let boats through) cross that and you'll be walking down a sloping road towards a white building (Devon House). You will pass the  Riverlounge restaurant on your right.

From London Bridge station (approximately 20 minute walk)

At London Bridge station take the Tooley Street exit and turn right walking towards the London Dungeon Exhibition. At the traffic lights cross the road and continue heading towards Tower Bridge, passing Pret a Manger. You will see the Bagel Street Café, turn left at it, passing Café Nero on your left. Continue walking along the water stream in the pavement, passing Marks and Spencers and Ernest and Young. Continue towards the river and the Mayor of London building (which is an odd shaped glass building) walk past this and head towards Tower Bridge. You will see stairs going up, walk up them and you will now be on Tower Bridge. At the top of the stairs turn right so you are facing the Guoman Hotel in the direction of the Tower Bridge Exhibition. Continue walking along the bridge and descend the steps that you will arrive at, head diagonally left towards the St Katharine's Dock's sign and enter the Docks. Follow the dock side and go under the building until you reach a red iron bridge (that sometimes moves to let boats through) cross that and you're heading down a sloping road towards a white building (Devon House).
