Parachuting
Available throughout the year
- I am ready to book my parachute jump now!
- I would like more information on parachute jumping for the Alzheimer's Society.
Why not fall for the Society?
It couldn't be easier. No experience is required and there are four types of jump to chose from: a 10,000ft freefall jump, a 3,000ft or 2,000ft static line jump or, if you're really adventurous, why not take the first part of a professional skydivers course - also known as an accelerated freefall jump. No experience is necessary as all training is provided on site!
This is the perfect opportunity to fulfil an ambition to do a parachute jump and to raise much-needed funds for the national office of the Society at the same time. (If you are strongly linked to one of the branches the Society can arrange for 50 per cent of the final amount received to be sent to the branch if you wish.)
Get Involved
You need to raise a minimum amount of sponsorship money to jump for free (as little as £360 depending on the type of jump you choose). We receive a minimum of £140 from every single jump.
Remember - every extra pound that you raise over the minimum goes to the Society, so please try to raise as much as you possibly can.
'It's like nothing I have ever experienced before, and there is nothing that compares to that adrenaline rush when you are hanging out of an aeroplane seconds before being flung out at 13,500ft - totally exhilarating!'
