Q: How and when do I pay for the trip?
There are two ways of funding your place on this trip. For both options we require a non-refundable registration fee of £80.
Sponsorship option 1
You commit to raising a minimum sponsorship of £370 per person. £100 of this amount must be sent to the charity eight weeks prior to the trip and out of this we pay the balance of your trip costs of £70. The rest of your sponsorship should be sent preferably before the trip but at the latest by 4 weeks after your return.
Self funding option 2
You may prefer to cover all of the trip costs yourself. If you wish to do this we will send you a payment form three months before the trip to collect the balance of the costs of £70. This needs to be paid eight weeks prior to the trip date.
We also ask you to pledge to raise a minimum sponsorship of £300 and to aim to get as much as possible in before the trip and within four weeks of your return.
