Q: How fit do I need to be?
Climbing Ben Nevis is not technically difficult but does require a good level of fitness as you will be trekking either uphill or downhill for 6 - 9 hours. Very soon after we start, we begin to climb, so make sure you have a good level of cardio-vascular fitness. On some parts you will be stepping on boulders and rocks so do incorporate some balancing exercises into your fitness regime. Once you have registered you will be sent a training guide to help prepare you for the challenge.
