Q: What training should I do?
It's important to be physically prepared for your run, both to ensure your safety and enjoyment of the run you're taking part in. There are training guides to suit every level of runner available to download from our website along with tips on nutrition, hydration and staying safe whilst training.
If you have a medical condition which could be adversely affected by exercise, you are aged 65 or above, or if you have any doubts about your health, you must consult your doctor before taking part.
