Q: How do I get hold of paper sponsor forms?
Answer:
These are included in your fundraising pack. If you do not have a pack please complete the online form or call 0870 417 0192 giving your contact details, date of your event and any details about the event eg. where it is taking place and what kind of event it is.
However if you are taking part in a run you need to complete this form to let the running team know that you have your own place.
