Help us improve dementia services in Wales
The Welsh government has published a vision and action plans for improving the support and care of people with dementia in Wales. These prioritise improving service and information provision, ensuring earlier diagnosis and improving training.
Alzheimer's Society has welcomed the publication of the vision and action plans. The Society worked closely with Welsh government in developing the action plans and responded a consultation on a draft strategy.
We must now keep up the pressure to ensure the Welsh government delivers on the commitments made in this vision and action plans. Please email or write to your Assembly Member (AM) to stress the importance of improving services for people with dementia in Wales.
