This trek takes you away from the crowds into the Lares region of the Peruvian Andes. You will pass green valleys, tranquil mountain lakes and snow-capped peaks as you climb up to 4,490m. The views are truely breathtaking. View photos from our 2012 trek

We pass through many small village communities that offer a fascinating insight to traditional Andean life and we end our trek with a train ride to Aguas Calientes and continue on to Machu Picchu, the legendary Lost City of the Incas. There is plenty of time to explore this renowed and fascinating site
