The Bupa Great South Run is UK's premier 10 mile run and the last event of the year in the Bupa Great Runs series calendar. 2012 saw the biggest event yet, with thousands tackling the fast and flat historic route through Portsmouth and Southsea, with over 600 people running for Alzheimer's Society.

Alzheimer's Society running team support

Every member of the Alzheimer's Society running team receives a runner's pack to help with their training and fundraising, as well as regular newsletter updates with team news. We'll also have a cheering point and post-race refreshments on race day to ensure our runners complete their 10 mile challenge in style.
