• Core skills learning pathway: development that covers good practice, good business and health and safety

• Dementia learning pathway: knowledge and skills development relating specifically to dementia and creating the most skilled and expert workforce

• Management Development pathway: a new and evolving set of development opportunities designed to respond to current organisational and management needs

• Soft skills learning pathway: a selection of complementary development opportunities that help to enhance an individual’s performance and skill level.
