We offer all our employees a comprehensive benefits package, which includes:

Annual Leave

We understand the importance of balancing your work and personal life. Annual leave is an important way of helping employees to achieve that balance. In addition to public holidays, employees are entitled to 25 days of annual leave each year, increasing to 30 over time. Holiday is calculated in hours and pro-rated for part-time workers.

Cash Health Plan

Our cash health plan enables employees to claim back the cost of a range of everyday healthcare treatments, including dental, optical, medical and other consultations - including complementary therapies such as physiotherapy and acupuncture.  This benefit is provided free for employees, to a second adult that lives with them, and up to four children. Employees may choose to contribute to a greater level of cover which allows them to claim back more expensive consultations and treatments.

Pensions

To help our employees save for retirement, we operate a Group Personal Pension Plan. Not only will we match contributions up to 8%, but employees are also able to transfer existing benefits into the plan.

Life Assurance

To give employees some peace of mind and ease some of the financial burden that may arise in tragic circumstances, we provide a life assurance scheme that makes a lump sum payment to dependants in the unfortunate event of death while employed by us.

Employee Assistance Programme (EAP)

We provide a free telephone helpline which gives employees access to support on a range of personal and emotional issues as well as advice on health and wellbeing.

Childcare Vouchers

Childcare Vouchers are a simple way for parents to make significant tax and national insurance savings on the cost of childcare. From nurseries to summer camps to childminders and a wide range of care for children up to 16 is covered.

Interest Free Season Ticket Loans

We appreciate that travel to and from work can be expensive and that buying annual tickets can mean huge savings for our employees. We therefore offer an interest free loan for season tickets, repaid directly from salary each month.
