Run across the backbone of England along The Trans Pennine Trail a historic route that mixes urban and rural, day time and night, and finishes with an amazing sense of achievement. This is a walking or running event, to qualify for the run you must aim to complete the 100km in under 15 hours and the 50km in under 7 hours.

Journeying across the Pennistone from the urban landscape of Manchester alongside winding riverside paths, on through the Peak District to Pennistone at the 50KM midpoint; then to Sheffield and the Don Valley Stadium 100KM finish line.
