Five things you should know about dementia
This booklet contains information about dementia, organised around the five facts, which we want people to think and talk about to increase understanding, and Caroline's, Poopal's and Clarice's personal stories and photographs.
Flyers
There's an A5 flyer featuring Caroline, which can be used as a poster or leaflet. It's double-sided - with Caroline on one side and the campaign key messages on the reverse. It also has a blank box for you to enter the details of your local event or service.
Posters
There are A4 posters featuring Caroline, Poopal and Clarice, as well as Christopher, Sue and Phillip from previous years, available. We can also produce A3 posters of Caroline, Poopal and Clarice in small quantities on demand.

Dementia Awareness Week film
There are two films available on DVD to support the campaign, featuring two of the campaign faces and members of their families. This is an engaging way of getting our messages across at events. The DVD will be available to order in March.
You can also watch the Dementia Awareness Week films online.
Remember the person poster templates
Create your own Remember the person template by downloading a poster template4. You can choose from a selection of three different templates in two different sizes and print them off on a colour printer for the best results. Include a drawing and write some text about why the person with dementia pictured is talented or interesting. Take a look at the posters of Phillip, Lesley, John, Sue, Christopher, Clarice, Poopal and Caroline for inspiration.
