Conquer the three highest peaks in the Yorkshire Dales on this tough one day challenge which showcases some of the most stunning scenery England has to offer. With steep climbs and descents, this trek will challenge you physically and give you a real sense of achievement.

In one day we summit mountains Pen-y-Ghent (694m), Whernside (736m) and Ingleborough (723m). Take a look at the detailed itinerary.

To take part in this challenge you pay a registration fee of £30 and raise as much money as you can to support people with dementia. We'll provide you with advice on fundraising and training, as well as an amazing day you will never forget.
