Oneplanet Memory Walk and Cycle

North West Wales Memory Walk, Malltraeth village, forest and beach, Anglesey, 2010 date to be confirmed. Manned by guides and offering ideal rest stops for picnics, these three different walks provides a perfect setting for an enjoyable time with friends and all the family, during which memories can be made and loved ones can be remembered.

Anglesey Walking Festival, 2010 date to be confirmed. Why not join in one of the various organised walks around the island and get your friends and family to sponsor you. A great way of finding out more about this beautiful area of the world whilst raising money for people with dementia and their carers.

North West Wales Annual Alzheimer's Society Fashion Show, 2010 date to be confirmed. After the success of the 2009 fashion show, held at the Victoria Hotel on Anglesey, we'll be organising another one. With drinks, nibbles, gorgeous clothes and lots of laughter, this is definitely a night not to be missed.

The Directors of Oneplanet Adventure in Coed Llandegla Forest, North Wales, pedalled their way around Britain in the space of a week to raise money for Alzheimer's Society in May 2009.

Local volunteering opportunities

Do you have some time to spare? Everyone has something to contribute to the Society. Volunteering is flexible, ranging from a few hours a year to several hours a week. It's your choice.
