Memory Walk Marathon

12 September 2010 - Event full

This is an exciting challenge that takes walkers through 6,000 years of British history. Walking the equivalent distance of a marathon, walkers start at the stone circle of Avebury and finish at the world heritage site of Stonehenge.

Our route takes us from Avebury, past Silbury Hill south, walking by the Pewsey White Horse, along the Kennet and Avon Canal and then south across Salisbury Plain where the mystical stone circle of Stonehenge is our dramatic finish line.
