A real girl's day out - this 5km race in London is open to women of all ages and all fitness levels and offers a friendly atmosphere.

Why not ask a group of female friends to join you? Your sisters, daughters, nieces or anyone - just as long as they are female they can take part.

If you have already secured your place directly through the race organisers, then please sign up to take part on behalf of Alzheimer's Society, and join the fight against dementia.
