Poundland and Alzheimer's Society: care for today, cure for tomorrow

Poundland are searching for a new charity of the year partner and are asking all their staff and customers to vote for their preferred charity. You can help us win this partnership by voting for Alzheimer's Society.
About dementia and Alzheimer's Society
- 1 in 3 of us over 65 will die with dementia.
- 750,000 people in the UK have dementia today and this will rise to over 1 million by 2012. Only a few currently get the care and support they need.
- There's no cure and research is under-funded.
Alzheimer's Society is the only UK charity focused on leading the fight against all types of dementia, providing care today and investing in research to find a cure for tomorrow.
