Welcome to the Inner Wheel Great Britain and Ireland and Alzheimer's Society Partnership 2008/2009.

Inner Wheel club members have the opportunity to make a real difference to the lives of people with dementia and their carers, by getting involved in a whole range of activities throughout the year.

Birthday Tea Party

Inner Wheel President, Myrtle Buchanan, is keen for all Inner Wheel members and their families to host a Birthday Tea Party in February 2009.

Host a Birthday Tea Party to raise vital funds and celebrate 30 years of Alzheimer's Society supporting people with dementia and their carers.

There are 700,000 people with dementia in the UK with numbers set to rise to one million by 2025.
Alzheimer's Society provides information and support for people with all forms of dementia and those who care for them.

One in three people over 65 will die with dementia.
