Services offered

• 50/50 Club

  An activity Club facilitated by the Alzheimer`s Society Hounslow and run by the members (carers and people with dementia). Outings, visits and regular activities such as bowling, occuring each week. There is a weekly membership fee.

• Advocacy

  Advocacy service available for either people with dementia or carers of people with dementia. Help and advice in dealing with health and social care professionals.

• Computer Club

  An opportunity for people with dementia to become familiar with computers and computer operating

• Outreach Service

  Provision of information and advice, one to one support, (by home visit or telephone contact), and a carers support group.

• Training and education

  Provision of approved and accredited Alzheimer`s Society training packages,(i.e. Yesterday, Today and Tomorrow, plus others).
