A Solicitor:
An
Enduring Power of Attorney (E.P.A.) and a Will are legal documents,
which are important to help people get their affairs in
order. An E.P.A.
enables a
person to nominate one or more people to act on their behalf if they
are no longer able to manage their own affairs. Both the E.P.A. and a Will should be undertaken
as soon as possible, when a person has the capacity to understand what they are doing.
