  Memory cafe for people with dementia, their carers, family and friends. Refreshments, information and advice. Every 4th Tuesday 10am-12noon at Alfreton Health Centre, Church Street, Alfreton.
• Ashbourne Life History Cafe
  First Thursday of each month, 2pm-4pm at Ashbourne Leisure Centre. Life History activity involves reflecting on and recording memories, past events and experiences. Join us for a cuppa, time to reminisce and meet with people who have experience of dementia.
• Bakewell Memory Cafe
  Memory Cafe for people with dementia, their carers, family and friends. Refreshments, information and advice. Fourth Monday of each month (except Aug.) 2pm-4pm at Medway Community Centre, New Street, Bakewell.
• Belper Carers' Support Group
  First Wednesday of each month, 7pm-9pm at Belper Cottage, 16 Chapel Street, Belper. A monthly group giving carers the opportunity to discuss issues affecting them.
• Bolsover Lunch Club
